This water tank is a kit comprising etched brass and 3d-printed parts.  
It represents a tank that was relatively common in both Sydney suburban and NSW country areas.  
Examples of this type of tank could be found at Narrabri West, Nyngan, Port Waratah, Bankstown, Clyde, Broadmeadow, Culcairn, Koorawatha and Dunheved.
